The Small Business Management (SBM) program for professionals is a unique combination of classroom learning, one-to-one advising from an adviser, and business networking with one goal: making your business more successful.
This course is intended for business owners driven toward pursuing and improving their profitability, performance and goal achievement. The cohort includes other small business owners in a non-competitive environment.
Two business owners per business may attend. Key managers can be considered along with an owner for a nominal extra fee. Each class covers a topic presented by the instructional adviser and may include other industry professionals.
Classes will include creative “brainstorming” and group problem solving.
Each business will receive a minimum of two hours of on-site advising by the SBM instructional adviser plus additional customized advising by appointment in our offices. These visits will focus on the month’s topic incorporating best practices into the business.
Class size is limited to provide the highest quality of individual attention for each participant.
All services provided on a non-discriminatory basis.
Reasonable accommodations for persons with disabilities will be made if requested at least two weeks in advance.
